Working on portion control and not spending hours on my computer. It's a nice escape, but I need to get my butt out of this chair and get my house in order.

End of the day 9:10 pm: Today I added calories in my tracking and macros. According to my macros 1300 daily limit for calories. I exceeded by 729 calories. Before I ate my dinner, I was already feeling miserable from mindless munching, hand to mouth, snacks (pork rinds & whisps). I went ahead and ate anyway. I've been doing this for the past month. Chronic pain, a young cousin dying from cancer, a missing sister in law with mental health problems two states away and my mindless eating only adds to the stress. I know what is wrong, I know how to fix it. I need to prioritize and focus. I am easily distracted.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
