I am counting calories for everything that I eat. 1200 calories a day,but on weekends maybe can go up to 1400 or 1600. Walking every day during the week for .75 mile/17 minutes. Gardening furiously on Saturday. Drinking more water.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
