After 4km run in 29mins...and 2 days of makaning..hrm..seems to be reducing..gotta make effort to watch diet and also make effort to exercise more...
211.9 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 53.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.4 lb a week
