Pants are looser again, wt same , I need to drink more water today, yesterday lower cal, but not enough water. Think I'm devising a plan to fit into my actual life patterns. Thursday night and Saturday nights are high calorie ( date night and pizza night) the rest of time not difficult at all to reduce intake. So I need to figure the optimal average and adjust. Hmmm, thinking cap.
246.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
