a bit unmotivated. after yesterday's behaivour regarding my diet it was expected to have this result. the sad part is that when I do follow the diet my body doesnt seem to realize. gaining with little extra food seems too mych easier than loosing even at high restrictions
117.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
