well i normally weigh in the morning, but had to do it at 5 in the evening...so that itself might be the .9, but either way i'm still pleased :) i really haven't been 'faithful' so its a good number and i am more than ok with it. i will attempt to phase one tho for another week tho. its not about making the number go down. its more about getting my butt back on track, and fast food, alcohol and pastry is nowhere near that track :/ i can do it tho! my friends wedding is RIGHT around the corner...
130.9 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Heck yeah! Take a loss anyway you can get it. I once "lost" weight because it was summer and I was no longer wearing my sweat pants in weigh in with. hahahahaha. Whatever keeps you motivated. Just keep working at it.

You're too kind. No, alcohol and pastry is not on the track, but where would we be in life without those things? I think you're doing a fine job at maintenance ;)
