Very pleased! Have stayed away from the scales for a couple of weeks due to heavy weekends.... 4.5 lb drop ..... I'll take that!
197.5 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
