gym class, Bridge Builders, errands, came home to a clean house, went to visit Herschel Allen and Betsy...need to work on taxes, set up time with Sherie, etc.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
