put a few lbs back on in the last couple months - going to see my girls and grandbabies for 2 weeks, so really buckling down last week, and this - want to get back into the 160's before I leave on the 13th :) so far so good...had gotten back up to 177 (low weight was 162 last summer), down to just over 171 today, so I've got this!
171.4 lb Lost so far: 88.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
