Not really tracking my food right now. Sticking to one Isagenix shake per day and smart meals. No alcohol. Working out with my trainer 2x per week. Motivation is bathing suit on vacation in July
169.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.6 lb a week
