Accidentally logged myself out of the app so I didn't journal the remainder of my 7 days water fast. I did complete it. Gradually my weight went straight back up to 80+ but I feel the same as I did when I lost them. I just have more energy to finish harder workouts and for longer than I normally would. The weight gain hasn't showed which I find really weird cos I compared pics and I look the same just minus the muffin top yay lol
187.4 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
