I found a scale to stand on! 😂 As it is not the scale that I usually use I am not sure of the weight but it's the one that I am going to use this month. 😊

177.9 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb. Still to go: 45.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.3 lb a week
