Well, I started out strong this week, but got weaker and weaker as the week went on! One of my biggest problems is that I'll eat something that's not on my plan and then in my head I think..."Well, I've already screwed up today! There's no going back now, I might as well screw off the rest of the day!" But then it ends up this roller coaster ride of emotions! I'm just getting over a sinus infection and bronchitis (which I hardly ever get sick, but when I do it is horrible) and now my son is getting sick on top of it (cold, cough, fever, and pink eye right now)...I'm pmsing...then there is valentines...all of it is stressful and historically that has always been one of my famous times to pig out! I just have to try to get myself really motivated...I went to the gym twice this week...went well...I'm sore as hell, but at least I went...I'm planning on going three times this week...hopefully the weather cooperates! =)

Hope you are feeling better soon and your son too... aw it's no fun when you're sick and having to try carry on as normal too. Ooh, I can sure relate to the food and PMSing... that was me last Sunday too which resulted in a chocolate binge of 10 points!! Just because you eat something that you consider not on your plan... don't let it ruin the rest of the day. I know I do the same sometimes, but then try and point accordingly for the rest of the day... or will make up for it the following day. So don't go beat yourself up about it, as none of us are perfect and we all have bad days from time to time. Keep up the great work though and think positive - if we slack it just means we've try and make up for it somewhere... but unless we keep doing it, it honestly doesn't usually cause any major damage to our losses. ;o)
