I can't believe that a year of not working out and eating what I wanted and I am back to my starting weight. I am going to do it right this time. I have high blood pressure and I need to make sure that I don't ruin my life because I am being stubborn and eating what and when I want. I have to say I have been working out steadily 5 days a week for the past month and I have definately noticed a change in my engery. I hope it just stays like this! Wish me luck.
