Fortunately 😊, i could reach the target 🎯 of this week. But i found out somthing; rate of weigh increase is much much more than rate of weigh decrease. I do not know do you ever had such experience or not.
168.9 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
