I found drinking plain tea or dare i say(yuck) water or even a citrus zested water helps. most the time when I am hungry I am truly thirsty. also I make myself weight(lol) 20 mins. when I am at home cooking i replaced my oils with a tablespoon(perday) of coconut oil and also one of rice bran oil(controls the sugar spikes,) BY goodnes DONT STARVE yourself, ok enough preaching let me know if you need help talking helps sometimes.
