Awesome Day.

Struggled to sleep but did get 7 hours in two stretches
Nice class but did not do the 2nd half.
Downton was a bloody mess last night. Great shock. Loved it. Now on to the real world.
301.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
