I have had a really bad week. I didn't want to put my real weight down, but I realized I would only be fooling myself. So here I am up 2.5lbs, but thats okay. I recognize what I need to do and am already on the path back.
206.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Good for you! I also had a bad week but didn't have the courage to get weighed in at the meeting. Good point that it's only fooling myself! :-0
