yeaaayy...i did it...finally i break the 60...and i still eat a yummy food everyday...just cut down my snack ..and yeapp...its surely helps me to loose my weight...just need to keep the spirit...c'mon...I CAN DO ITTTTT...FIGHTTIINGG...🤗🙆🙌🏃💪
