Been shut in for so many weeks because of blizzards. Snow 45 inches at each door and several feet in the yard everywhere. Every time it gets shoveled out, it drifts right back in again.

My wt. has gone up and down. I've started drinking Dr. Pepper. Never was a pop drinker but now I'm drinking 2-4 cans a day. Crazy. I love Keto/LCHF and after paying attention to macros, I realize I'm eating too much protein which turns to glucose. So, time to start tracking until I get back to basics. I have also began watching You Tube for keto/lchf cooking and great tips. I love Headbanger's Kitchen and Keto Connect. I think I'm ready for Spring now.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
