Tarantula's Journal, 11 June 2012

Today i spent my spare time doing exercises like push ups, squats, crunches, and the like. I got home and completed (with cheats and negatives) 50 pull ups and 50 chin ups. I also jumped rope for 20 minutes and did some solo grappling exercises. So, i weigh in, after several cups of wated and some awesome chicken vindalu, at 226.5 ... Wooooo!
226.5 lb Lost so far: 45.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 31.5 lb a week
