Today is day 2 of the 7x7 Challenge. The challenge is to exercise daily for seven weeks. I completed the same core workout as yesterday. 10 sets of 5 reps for pull ups and chin ups, 5x10 for wide push ups and narrow push ups, 10x20 for squats and crunches. I missed out on grappling tonight due to feeling ill, but I will make it to kick boxing on Thursday.
