I'm fat. have been exercising for 1 month but my weight is not budging :(
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes exercise can have the opposite effect, because of muscle mass. Are you following any particular diet plan? Some people do well on a Low Carb Healthy Fats (LCHF/Keto) diet, some on a Whole Food Plant-Based (Low Fat, high carb, moderate protein all from vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds - little to no processed foods), and some on a balance between the two (Moderate Carbs, Fats and Proteins). Do you have health issues that could be affecting the loss (diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid?)? All of these can be a factor too.
