Well i have stayed the same and that makes me feel good. The kitten has been keeping me busy so food has not been a priority for me and that is wonderful. Sometimes though, i think i will just remember everything that i eat, but i really like the accountability that this site gives me. I have been doing this since Jan 28th it will be 3 weeks Monday and i have lost and kept off 8 lbs so i am happy about that. The only thing that i need to be better about is exercising. Anyway, 127 here i am and i am getting to you slowly but surely!!--Amber
177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
