Today is DAy one. Starting over with Ideal Protein. 9 weeks after total knee replacement.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Samduj50's I did Ideal Protein for about 9 months and they I stoped it and within 2 months gained about 10 bls back even though I was watching what I ate. The next time I tried it I could not losse anythig. That is why I love ViSalus. I have had several people who lossed wait and are able to keep it off.
