going in the right direction but not fast enough wedding in may .any tips to lose another stone x
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For a rapid loss my sister uses Cambridge diet for any upcoming weddings and events! She has 5 kids and she’s struggled to keep her weight down but she finds the Cambridge diet. Perfect.
