I'm happy to be down another .lb. I think it's both helpful and discouraging to have a specific goal and date in mind. The helpful part is that having a July wedding to attend is what got me started. The discouraging part is that I don't think I'll be a size 10 by then. I now must readjust my thinking and remind myself that this is a lifetime goal and like someone just messaged me, I will reach it this year. And knowing that it is attainable I can rejoice.

154.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you don't make it, you are still going to look great in your thin, fit body. Don't fixate on the size of the dress, but on how great you will feel and look. 22 pounds is great - you know more is coming before July...people will notice the loss no matter the size. A fabulous, confident look doesn't have a size attached - and you are right, this a lifetime thing. Keep up the great work!!
