Kerry came for breakfast, and I left half of my plate, trying to avoid bloating like I had the day before...still felt bloated, and decided not to go to ACS to volunteer. Didn't eat lunch.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
