I wondered if my period weight was going to come off this week and it finally did. I've fallen into the trap of having a glass of wine at night and I need to break that because I don't need the extra points.
119.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
