I'm taking a cruise in November, joined Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago and have lost almost 10 pounds. Last week I only lost 1/2 lb, and felt discouraged, and found this site. Very motivational!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

It's a really great site for motivation. It's nice having the support and place to also ask questions if you want to know something. I'm sry you had a bad weightloss week but I'm sure you'll bounce back in no time! :-)
