Weight is up- I ate too much chocolate this week, had a couple of diet cokes, and a glass or two of wine. Very easy for old bad habitdd to creep back in!
Also because the weather was bad I didn't walk as much as usual. When i cut my work hours I need to be very careful about that.
i forgot to record last week's weights. Amazingly, i jumped up to 125.5 last Saturday (2 June). By Tuesday I'd dropped back to 120.5. makes no sense!
