I seem to be stagnating and introducing more carbs than I should to lose more weight. Unfortunately after a few years of being over or around 220, my new weight of under 190 seems wonderful to me. I think back to when weighing this much was something I didn't like, and realize that it is all relative. So I need to begin to see myself again as overweight and to really want to lose weight again. At least I seem to be maintaining this loss!
