Just bought a weight watchers digital scale - I love it! Now I can have more accurate weigh ins! My weight has maintained since last weigh in. Time to push myself harder, but definitely glad it's stayed the same! Wahoo!
189.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
