No weight loss this entire week!!! I was on my period & ate pizza, hot wings, tres leche cake & velveeta shells & cheese, so that's probably why. I started exercising yesterday & will need to keep exercising to b successful.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
