You don't have much to lose so it will take time and hard work. You may need to be strict with your diet. Try a week of 1200-1400 calories a day and see what happens. Write down all your food honestly. Stay away from the bites, licks and tastes. Drink your water to flush out sodium and stay hydrated. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. You can google sample meal plans online for some hints. If you prefer low carb than do that. If you don't exercise and can, start. Exercise is your best friend when you don't have much to lose and people who exercise are much more likely to keep the weight off than those who don't. Consistency is key. Play around with the calories till you find what works. It may only come off a pound at a time, but that will still get you to goal.
