Had an "eat the world" week but still lost a gram so I'm just going to put this week behind me and start again. Need to restock the fresh veggies as I definitely missed them this week
192.0 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
