No movement on the weight today. Expected that since I have been on a straight downward plunge since I started. I expect to get back to my .3 or .4 lb a day drop rate which is what I did 5 years ago. Hopefully this keeps up.

Only slept for 4 hours last night. Also feel constipated this morning. Not sure why. Oh well. One Day at a Time. One Step at a Time.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
