The same is better than more, especially since you're not feeling well. Hope you feel better soon and manage to get back on track.

I had the exact same symptoms last week and it lasted for 7 days. I know it is a bug going around. I felt like I had morning sickness... and no I wasn't pg either! Drink lots of water and get rest. You may also have a slight fever of 99-100. nothing I did helped. I wasn't taken down all the way just the nausea and the dizziness. Get better!

Think I have had something similar - have been nauseous all week - at first thought it may be a sign of the menopause (!) and ended up visiting my GP - as it came out in neck/shoulder pain (I have scoliosis which is getting worse so am being referred to a surgeon .....) anyways, I still feel the same, bloated tum etc, completely exhausted, so that must be something separate. Spending most of Friday in bed helped me, so hope you are having a restful weekend - your elliptical trainer will be there tomorrow, or the next day! Take care. Let me know how you get on.

After 10 days I am finally feeling fine. the nausea has completely gone away... thank goodness. If I hadn't had a hysterectomy I would have been sure I was pregnant :)

Hi Kix, not been on for a while - I will update you on my shoulder pain. After seeing a physio from work last Monday(I work in Occupational Health which is handy!)it is really referred back pain to my neck (the scalenes and other muscles). Had trigger point therapy which has eased it slightly, but I guess you are having referred pain from your scoliosis. There are many ways to alleviate pain for backs these days, I am also doing pilates and yoga, which is helping - but it cannot stop the advancement of age! Anyway, enough about me, hope you are feeling much better. Let me know how you are going on. xxx

Still wondering how you are getting on! Hope all is well and hope to see you back here real soon. My problems have turned into large ovarian cyst and double cervical disc prolapse! So I wont be exercising or doin the weight loss thing for quite some time! Seriously though, I wonder how you are. Take care, Kath xxx
