Eight kilograms in 2 months is a serious and consistent chunk. Was that just fasting or exercise too.

LCFF it's actually 8kg in 1 month :) I started in on 8th January and was 8kg less 4 weeks later and today's weigh-in is my 5th week :) The initial losses always are big once i get back into it.
