I'm starting the Insanity workout today. wish me luck!!
I'm not weighing myself until the end of the program, just measuring. that will be a challenge all itself!!!!!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
