I returned Sunday from a 10 day bike tour around the SE to see family and freinds. And BOY oh BOY did they feed me good... I gained 10 lbs! Definately over my 1200 calories per day. So, now I'm back at work and in my controlled environment and I've already dropped 8 lbs since I got back.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
