I'm glad to be holding steady at this point. Still no exercise. Walking the office handing out labels to the employees who won chairs, then moving 32 new chairs into the office was exhausting. Did some grocery shopping for fresh veggies and cooked another large meal (mostly a lot of veggies) for dinner. When you have the right amounts of protein and veggies the dinner plate gets huge! I cooked with squash last night...I love squash, yet I never cook with it. Squash and onions were yummy but I need something for flavor. I'll try to figure that out tonight.
New tenant woke me up last night at 4:30. He apparently forgot his key and had be knocking at the door for several hours in the rain. I won't feel bad, I won't feel bad, that's his fault for leaving without the key I gave him.
I really can't wait to exercise, this is putting a kink in my plans and I'm so afraid I'm going to start gaining any minute now. Stay away from the graham crackers!!!
