Joined WW last nite!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Great job! I love WW. Read all your materials and plan, plan, plan. Get in your lean proteins, lean dairy, fruits and veggies daily. Drink your water. If you need amazing recipes, go to skinnytaste.com and emilybites.com. They both have great recipes with points values on it. Good luck!
