The way I was eating yesterday I knew I would gain weight today! I Don't have any excuses. I just have to watch myself better today and hope I will be more conscious in the future.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
