Maintenance

At my upper limit for maintenance but size wise I'm fine. Still size 8 to10. I've been having more carbs lately, as in mainly bread, but I am still exercising by walking. Gaining muscle and toning at present. Will keep an eye on things.

Been back to the doctor this week too and she was amazed how toned I was given the weight I've lost. That was Tuesday this week and I was 65.9 kg then. Had full bloods done. With the huge weight loss she's concerned about iron levels etc. Wait and see.

Remember, the scales are just a number, don't let them mess with your head. Regardless of how good you are, your weight will go up and down, even on maintenance.

I look good, and feel great, so onwards and downwards we go. 😊
148.4 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

Glad your doctor was pleased with how you are since your weight loss. My iron levels are perfect even though I'm a vegetarian so hopefully you'll be ok. I want to get to size 8 to 10 too. At the moment I'm a size 12 to 14 at the top, size 10 lower half. I know you'll soon lose the couple of extra pounds 🙂

Thanks Oliver and Doobrie. Already down to. 69.9kg. Haven't heard from doctor yet so assume all good with the blood tests.
