Slept 10 hours straight. Feel great.

Walked 1 mile treadmill. Broke into 4 sets with stretching and rest between each set. Got my heart rate up to 153 without andy pains or problems and then my heart rate started to come down over the next 5 minutes to 120 all in a 1/4 mile watch on treadmill. Treadmill settings are 2.5mph and incline of 3.

Feel great.

I am shocked. Been back on diet for 3 days now. Back on FatSecret for a few days. SHOCKED at how many calories I was eating and how NOT BALANCED my diet was.

Now that I am following (tracking) my consumption and back to exercising, I am starting to get things into control. These first few days I am losing alot but realize that this is just what was in my system and water. I am hoping as my fitness improves I will be able to pickup my pace and keep on track. Ultimate goal is to lose 1/4 to 1/2 lb per day. Did that easy last time and hope it works this time.

BIG BIG BIG difference this time, I have my wife helping and also doing the same thing. LOVE IT and I LOVE YOU VIC!

Also, for anyone reading this. If you want long term results you must have a balanced diet and balance exercise regiment.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
