Ok..have gotten back on track this week! Tired of neglecting myself.

Exercise: Walked/jogged 3.25 miles on treadmill.
Water: Got it all in!
Diet: Ate breakfast! Big bonus for me!


Slow and steady wins the race!
223.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
