Again i had a good progress in the past week. During the comming week i hope i enter the 70 zone and by the end of next month i hope my weight stand on 75 😃😄 but i should never forget my target.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
