Started 2 month program at VA this Tuesday. It is Thursday and I will start up my Fat Secret again.

Wow. Shocked at how many calories I am eating. Need to do my Walking yet tonight.
318.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
