Showing a gain on the numbers, but I'm actually thrilled - the 226 was due to having the flu. I managed to have to eat non-keto/LC during that (crackers were my saving grace), and made it through the Super Bowl party to only have gained 1.2 lb from the flu low, and so 1.8 lbs lost from what weight I was right before the flu hit. Back on track today! I can do this.
